(January 13, 2023, 5:53 pm)Again I sing the praises of DUCA Hamilton. My goodness, the service level is 10/10. Real live people who care. I have had a couple of "strange" issues and between Tyler and Karen they were resolved. Dealing with people and not a computer or a person on the phone who doesn't know you is for me, comforting. I am sure as word trickles out they will see more and more people who want a smile and and friendly face.

(July 29, 2022, 3:51 pm)Started using them 2 months ago. Great staff, always have a smile. I like the fact you can sit at a desk and get to talk to a real human that actually cares. The branch is light and airy, the staff are totally professional and treat you as a friend. Special shout out to Karen, who i deal with a lot. They really do make banking fun.

I am so lucky to have this new branch close to my home instead of the Burlington branch (which I will still frequent because I’ve been going for my entire life). Please come drop by and say hello! They are open on Saturday too! Google maps takes you directly to their front door! I can’t wait to see everyone here again in two weeks!

We worked with Sumant Mishra who was great at hand holding us through the process and always kept us up to date through each stage. If you happen to visit the branch, you'll notice that their staff are friendly and efficient.
