We ordered elevator door frames for a four house project in Ithaca and the contractor had questions about the bore of the doors that I could not answer. I made a conference call to Joe Hickey with our contractor on the phone and he was able to answer the questions with great knowledge. The next day, the person making the doors called me with another question about the bore of the doors and once again I reached out to Joe to ask him if he would call the gentleman to answer his questions. Within 5 minutes of my email, Joe made the call and everything was resolved. Now that's great customer service! We will definitely work with Belco Doors the next time we need doors or frames!!

A local ADA guy here in Houston was giving me trouble, so I called up Niagara Belco, and was given to Joe Hickey. He shared his expertise and gave me the knowledge I needed to fight the fight. He even emailed additional documentation for me to reference. Very helpful!!
