Her style of teaching and expertise in information architecture really spoke to me, so I often used her material to help me coach my clients. I looked up to her as someone to follow and she inspired me. Fast forward a few years and we met online for real (I didn't do a fangirl, honest! ...) Shanta is a really warm and caring person who enthuses about making tech accessible to all. I wish her every success with her new business venture.
