(February 11, 2022, 4:19 am)At first I was skeptical but honestly grew to like Bates. The living room is huge with two couches and kitchen has tons of storage! The water pressure is great. Other than no AC and the water occasionally becoming cold, it’s better than I expected and I prefer this to double rooms!
