Gen Rabgye is the Centre's resident teacher. He has been a qualified Kadampa teacher studying under Geshe Kelsang Gyatso for many, many years; his wisdom and compassion towards his students is immense.
His ability to simplify the most complex topics makes for a very pleasant learning experience.
Each teaching is concluded with a Q&A, then a short break, followed by an authentic guided meditation practice.

(January 9, 2019, 6:34 pm)Been attending nearly every week for 1.5 years! Everyone who attends is so friendly and teachers are inspiring with their clear, helpful and meaningful teachings on ways to improve our mind and life through a meditation practice.
I have tried many types of meditation to help with anxiety, depression, stress, etc., but I have found the meditations taught by Samudra and KMC centres to be of most benefit - absolutely life changing stuff! After a stressful, busy and hectic day, it's always so nice to be welcomed into a space that promotes inner peace and kindness.
I would recommend everyone from Hamilton give a class a try if you're wanting to learn more about meditation!
