He is very easy to talk to and brings a very comfortable way of dealing with uncomfortable and emotionally difficult situations during the mediation process. Most importantly Chad brings an incredible amount of empathy for his clients and truly wants the best outcome for either parties. I highly recommend Chad as a mediator.

He was patient and very understanding with a difficult situation. He genuinely listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Chad took the time to walk me through the process and helped keep me calm in a stressful situation. I highly recommend Chad and his services!
