We recently had the pleasure of working with Patrick (who came highly recommended!) as our home inspector and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism, expertise, and thoroughness he brought to the job. From the moment he arrived (early!) at the property, I knew we were in good hands. 🙂
He took the time to explain every step of the inspection process, made sure we learned a lot about home maintenance and asked any questions we had, no matter how small. He was incredibly knowledgeable about all aspects of home construction and maintenance, homes in the area and of the typical issues and things we might find in the age of the house. He identified potential issues that we would never have noticed ourselves, which was so appreciated, especially as first time buyers.
Throughout the inspection, Patrick was meticulous in his attention to detail, leaving no stone unturned. He was also very respectful of the property and took great care to ensure that everything was left exactly as he found it.
Following the inspection, he provided us with a detailed report quickly that was easy to understand and included photographs and explanations of any issues he found. He also took the time to answer any additional questions I had following the inspection via email. And a bonus: he gave us some great local recommendations on the best wings, pizza and Chinese food! Which is nice because the neighbourhood is new for us.
His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive, and I feel much more confident in our purchase knowing that he has given the property a thorough once-over. Thank you!!! 😁

Our first home inspection with Rock Solid Home Inspection was a great experience. Patrick was very professional and thorough in the complete walk trough of the property. He did take his time and was a wealth of knowledge not only identifying the concerns/issues, but taking the time to explain the probable cause and remedies as well. I found out later from the previous owner that Patrick had uncovered issues that the previous home inspection done a year earlier did not. This is a testament to Patrick's commitment to provide a thorough and complete home inspection. Rock solid Home inspections will be your best choice for your home. Pat came for inspection and at the end of it we felt so relieved and knowledgeable on our home . He walked us through every part of our home from roof to foundation and has all required equipments to do detailed inspection. It was a 3+ hour inspection and he listed down all the issues in our home and provided solution to fix them. It was like a home education tour and his inspection report was detailed with all clear pictures. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who is looking for home inspection. Patrick went above and beyond to not only outline any areas of concern but to also explain what I could do to repair and/or maintain various things in my home.
