(October 8, 2022, 9:50 pm)1st time at this establishment. The outdoor patio was terrific, with its Halloween themes, lighting and photo ops. The service was excellent, however, the food fell short. Appetizers came out less than hot and resembled frozen packaged ones.

(September 2, 2022, 10:01 pm)Although we were served the wrong beer, the one bartender made it right. The food was good, served pretty fast too. The atmosphere was great for a brewpub. Lots of tables outside.

(August 12, 2022, 7:26 pm)Our experience at the Collins Brewhouse was fantastic. Great food, beautiful patio, and just an all around good time. Their lobster fest is on right now and it is worth it!
But more than any of that I want to give a shout-out to our server, Patrick. Honestly, his energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for the food and restaurant in general were an absolute treat. He was charismatic and engaging with not only us, but with every table he was serving.
We will be returning to see Patrick again!
Consolation shout-out goes to Steve at the table next to us for being a good sport! -

(August 2, 2022, 2:11 am)Went for some drinks with my buddies for a birthday and stopped into The Collins; I like the atmosphere and have always felt welcomed and acknowledged by the servers. A special thank you for breaking down my greek salad as I was looking for finger veg haha - you made me one happy woman! Looking forward to returning and trying the menu.

Although restaurant was very busy, wait time was not so long, and we received our food after reasonable wait time (20 min? Though we are group of 6 people ordering 7-8 dishes) Server was very nice, and he remembered all of our menu, placed in front of right person without asking (very impressive) so sorry that I could not remember his name!
