(November 2, 2021, 1:47 am)Selling a home is a very stressful event. Add two messy teenagers, cats, neighbours, heartache, work, time constraints, and you have a big old mess. Bryan and his team helped to make this experience seamless. He was there for us every step along the way. He was professional, patient, honest, and my therapist some days, but most of all he got my house sold quickly and for more than I expected. Im so grateful for his efforts and his availability and they way he made this process easier for me and my family. I will always recommend Mr. Adlam and his team. Thank You 😊

(September 28, 2021, 1:06 pm)Bryan Adlam goes above and beyond… way way beyond… we ran into multiple unpredicted emergencies (plumbing, bank mistakes, you name it) and Bryan was there to help. He lent us his 4x4 to help move, put us up in his Air BnB while we staged/listed, and generally helped put out small fires as needed.
While house hunting, he was extremely valuable, pointing out moisture and electrical issues, furnace/HVAC issues – many, many things that saved us from moving forward on houses that needed too much work.
Basically he saved us headaches and money, and provided much more than you would expect from a realtor.
6 stars. 7 stars. Highly recommend.
