After over a year of casually searching for the right place and some unfortunate instances of trial and error at other salons, I found Low Key! Melissa is wonderful :) She is relaxed, knowledgeable, and genuine. Even submitting a request for an appointment had a brief questionnaire so she could better understand my preferences and goals. Her setup is wonderfully quiet and the appointment was unrushed. My spouse does not often comment on my hair but he continues to emphatically remind me that this is his favourite look and I should keep it up. Very happy with the service and outcome. I found my new happy place! Thanks Melissa!

Melissa’s friendliness and warm hospitality was only the beginning of a great experience. Melissa toned out my previous balayage and gave my hair life! On top of that she listened to what I wanted and slayed my hair styling. I can’t wait to see Melissa again! Thank you!!!

Melissa is very knowledgeable, caring and makes sure that you are comfortable with everything that she is doing. I would highly recommend EVERYONE to her!

(November 13, 2022, 3:37 pm)OK SO where has Melissa been my entire life?! 🥰 The moment I stepped in her door she made me feel so comfortable, she is the absolute sweetest!! Her space is so CHIC!! 😍 Melissa’s knowledge is unmatched, she took her time and it really shows how much she loves what she does 💕 I was there for a 6 hour total transformation and it honestly flew by and the result OMG I’m so OBSESSED!! 😍 Melissa took my dark “box dye” 🙈 hair to this gorgeous bronde that I never thought my hair would ever look like this!! Thank you SO much 💖 I can’t wait to rebook with her!!

She went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable during my experience. I absolutely LOVED the end result!! Can’t wait to go back to get colour done!!
