Working with Harpreet was a pleasure and probably the best decision could I made when it came to securing my mortgage. My wife and I had tried banks and other brokers, but Harpreet was the only one who actually took the time to explain every detail and aspect of the mortgage application process, gave us advice on how to proceed, and gave regular updates through the process. He is kind, honest and generous with his time, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a mortgage broker.

Mr. Harpreet Babra was a pleasure to deal with. He helped me find a mortgage lender who was willing to take on my application when no one else could. He is efficient, professional and gets the job done. Being a new home buyer, I asked many questions. He was always available to take my call and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that helped me understand. Looking for a new home can be stressful but Mr. Babra always kept me informed and made me aware of the next steps or what to expect. Always made me feel confident in the process. I am a new home owner thanks to Mr. Barba. If it wasn't for him I don't know how I could deal with the stress of purchasing a home.

Harpreet is very professional and a great person to deal with. He helped me get a low rate mortgage through BMO and was helpful throughout the process. Whenever I have a question about our mortgage, Harpreet responds within one to two business days. He is efficient in what he does and I won't hesitate to deal with him again.
