(February 20, 2022, 9:12 pm)I have dealt with Steven Hencze for the past 2 yrs. now with my mortgage on my property here in Hamilton, Ontario. Steve came to my home, did all the 📃 paperwork, arranged lawyers, set up insurance.... got me the best deal at the time. Due to my health issues, Steven got everything arranged to come to my home. He actually cared what happened to my husband & I, trust me you don't see that often anymore, never mind get the job done, efficiently and in an extremely timely fashion. Over the last 2 years Steven has become a very good personal friend as well because of the way he initially treated us over our mortgage.
Steven Hencze also gives back to the Hamilton, Ontario. I amthe CEO/Owner/Founder of Quality of Life Community Helpers of Canada Incorporated, we are non-profit organization. Our organization functions through cash donation fund raising, & membership as well as volunteers, we have an community outreach program as well as we just managed to aquire QOL Canada's 1st Life Centre, located in Ward 4, Hamilton East. Steve helped us reach our goal with a cash donation before Christmas of 2021. He also may become a member to provide, ongoing support & participate in helping people, here in Hamilton, Ontario.
Yes! I would recommend Steven 110%. That's what his effort level is with clients, friends, families, neighbors, communities and Canada as a whole. You really don't meet many people like Steven Hencze, he is pretty well, 1 of a kind. Definitely, call him when you need help with your morgage, best thing I ever did. -

It was fast and easy, he was always friendly and willing to explain any questions I had. I would highly recommend him for anything to do with mortgages, refinancing or and financial problems he can help with. Definitely a 👍👍
