(November 5, 2022, 12:49 am)Affordable, fast, friendly service. Fixed my son's BIOS same day and then wouldn't sell me a long c-cord when he heard what I wanted to do with it. Instead I got a lecture on not using my device whilst charging it to preserve the battery life. I value people who advocate for product longevity.

He corrected my problem quickly.
