(July 19, 2022, 8:14 pm)**UPDATE ** I spoke to the boss,Telina, and it's all worked out. Thank you to her for her words and the great conversation we had today. I hated writing that past review since it was only 1 person who had almost ruined it for both my Father and I. If it wasn't for Telina, my Father wouldn't have agreed to try anything!! She has done so much for him (she has no idea and words can only say so much) and for that alone...I thank you. I love going to this location and didn't really want to go elsewhere. 🙃 Thanks again for just being a great person Telina 😁
OLD REVIEW ***Well, so much for the awesome review I wrote before. The Supervisor and "Manager" had helped me out for MONTHS with my terminally ill Father, he is 77yrs young and they want me to bring him in EVERY time now. I had even got him up there once to show him what its all about, to meet the staff who had been helping him and to have them explain a few things. So, after that, they went out of their way to help even more. I had spent SO much time explaining everything, researching different types and spent SO much $$$ there. And I mean between my Father and I, that's a lot! I didn't even go anywhere else, my Son works at a dispensary and I didn't even go there. I felt that since Sessions had spent time helping me, I would give them my business. Always Sessions!! I had found some gummies my Father said he would try and bought him some the other day without any issue. Now, he asked that I get another one because he is going to use them every day and they run out of things he likes. However, after today, not going anywhere near Sessions. Months and months of buying from there without any issue and today the Supervisor even denied any conversation regarding my Father, saying it was the "Manager" who spoke to me. He WAS in on that conversation along with many more, since he has served me many times or had been there during those MANY months. I was told today they are trying to have structure there now and no special treatment. I didn't know I was getting "special" treatment since I paid full price for whatever I purchased for me. Many other stores to choose from and spend my $$ there. I believe in the other review I had posted who was there that day for the whole explanation of what was going on! SO SO SAD! -

First time in a Sessions Cannabis store. Great experience. The staff were fantastic. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and even researched some information for me to read while I was there to better help my understanding. Great and friendly service. Will definitely be back.
