Thank you for not charging us an additional fee for having to travel back to Caledonia to pick up a bouncy castle that would fit in our yard. We can't wait to rent another one next year!

(July 5, 2021, 3:00 am)Emma and the crew were just fantastic and the whole experience was a pleasure. My son's birthday party was an absolute blast and all the guests loved the bouncy castle. We had to reschedule the party do to weather but the whole rebooking process was simple and easy. Not to mention delivery, setup, teardown and pick-up all included!!!

(June 30, 2021, 1:58 am)Emma and Team were Great!!! They were. Fast and friendly even when the kids were outside talking to the crew. My Twins had a blast and told me this is a fantastic day!!. The inflatable water SLIDE is a must, and It was the hit of the party, just incredible. The throwing axes were a massive hit for the KIDS and the bigger kids at the party—such a fantastic experience. Many told me that this was the best party they been to, thanks to Emma and her team. Recommending them to all my friends and will rent from them again very soon.

Lots of communication leading up to the party..allows me to switch days because of weather concerns on my part. Set up was early and I was impressed by the cleaning job they did upon set up. Pick up was right on time. It was smooth easy and def a 5
Star experience! We had the best day!
