SFI Medical Equipment Solutions

I can not say enough about SFI Medical Equipment Solutions. In August of 2022 they helped me at a time when no one else would. My husband needed a hospital bed in a very short period of time. I called SFI and I was treated with kindness and understanding which put me at ease immediately because I was in a state of panic. My husband was in the hospital and we were told that he was going to be released in a few days when we thought he would be there for an extended period of time. We had rental beds in the past and they were horrible and I knew that I needed to find an alternative, but where do you get a bed delivered and set up in two days. SFI saved my life, not only did they go out of their way to help me get a hospital bed that fulfilled my husband’s needs, Scott the owner came and delivered the bed and set it up for me with the help of another young man. You would never get that kind of service from anywhere else. I was so very grateful. Unfortunately my husband only got to use the bed for a month and a half when he had a stroke and was hospitalized. We were hoping against hope that he would be coming home but unfortunately he has just gone to long term care. So here I was again - I had a hospital bed that I didn't know what I was going to do with. I listed it everywhere but because it is a specialized market looking for such an item I basically had no luck except for one person but they were undecided. I had to find a home for this bed as I had decided I wanted to move closer to where my husband is so the bed had to go. I called SFI but unfortunately they do not deal in used equipment. I explained my dilemma to a lovely young lady named Shannon and she asked if she could get back to me. Shortly thereafter I received a call from Scott, the owner of the company and he told me that if I could not sell the bed that he would come and pick it up and donate it. Again, no large company would go out of their way to help someone in this manner. I can not say enough about the kindness and generosity of SFI Medical Equipment Solutions. From the bottom of my heart I thank Shannon and Scott and anyone else who helped out with my problem. I would recommend them for any of your medical equipment needs. No one wants to have to be in the situation where you require this type of equipment but if you do please contact SFI Medical Equipemnt Solutions.
