(July 4, 2020, 5:36 pm)In 2019 I was looking for a company I could trust to renovate the front of my home – including putting in new gardens with interesting rocks, creating stone steps, a new walkway, lighting and stone walls. Jeremy from Ancaster’s Northview Landscaping attended my home, provided an initial reasonable estimate for the work and time frame – stating that the job was to take approximately a month to complete. The work was done – expertly - ias promised. He and his workers arrived every day, on time and were nothing but professional. Every night the area was left clean and tidy – despite the fact that they knew they would return at 8 am the next day. Jeremy and his crew went above and beyond to ensure we were happy at every step of the way – even when I would change my mind about material and design mid-stream. His work was creative and executed beautifully. Near the end of the project, I discussed a perennial garden and came home one day to see completely new landscaping in late August with little tiny plants. While initially I thought the garden was not design that I expected, this year as I watch the plants come in, I can see that it is exactly what I told him I was trying to create and I love it. His wall and masonry work shows his dedication and expertise.
He not only executed the project well; he also stands behind his work. I was particularly impressed when this spring I noticed that a small area of cement in the masonry had fallen out during the winter. He immediately responded - expressing surprise but said that he would pop in to address it. He lived up to his promise and fixed it shortly after that.
I never got a chance to thank him. Since I know how important word of mouth is, I thought I would put my thanks on line. Thank you, Jeremy and your crew, for being professionals and more than living up to my expectations. -
