Sam was just excellent and very patient with all my questions and also teaching me how to clean the ember guard and glass doors and how to properly open and close the flue which after all these years I was unaware of. I appreciate Sam expertise and Enchanted Chimney Sweeps exacting professionalism. Sam even let me take a photo of his chimney brooms for my granddaughter whose favourite movie is Mary Poppins!

He took the time to help me to understand potential issues and potential solutions, including drawbacks. The office staff have been very helpful in general appointments but also in following up on technical solutions and issuing quotes. Very positive experiences.

They gave me a 2 hour window and Tom showed up well within the time. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Did an excellent job and suggested things that needed to be done without being pushy. I will call them and only them next time I need this service. Excellent.

(November 10, 2021, 1:05 pm)Very satisfied with the work done. Apparently Chimney cleaning doesn't have to be messy at all. My fireplace was cleaned as well. Never looked that clean. Also appreciated getting some words of advice how to operate our wood burning fireplace more efficiently. Most definitely will use Enchanted Chimney service next year. Thanks.

San came by today and he is very professional and knowledgeable on his craft. He was very quick and a pleasant, while completing the contract. I personally asked for his cards, so I can have his service all of my friends and family. If I could offer a suggestion, Give San a raise, I couldn’t ask for a better Technician.
