  Cons:
  • Very rarely but sometimes there is not enough staff (wait is never long but there have been times I’ve waited over 5 minutes)

  Our company has changed to the RBC for it's business. On my first visit to the branch, Mackenzie was very helpful and professional in guiding me through my newbie experience. She is an great asset to the branch.
