  It has lots of small trails to go down and is accessible is winter too

  I went there in winter. And the trail is easy to follow with proper direction of the Bruce trail. It is going up and down hill. It's really good place to hike and work out.

  Such a peaceful forests and so many different trails that arent shown on the map. I've hiked here a dozen times and still find new trails everytime I go.

  Wonderful place to hike, just wish dog owners wouldn't throw dog feces in bags into the woods.

  Lots of room to explore on these scenic hills and valleys. If you're inclined to wander along the railroad track, you can get a terrific view of Dundas/Hamilton/Burlington.
  
  This area also feeds Grindstone Creek; during spring and summer you'll find several great spots to muck about in the water. do stay alert for mountain bikes, and share the trail. this is rarely a problem, though, as most hikers and bikers here are considerate and pleasant. enjoy!
