  The appearance of the building is attractive and not too big. When visitors come in for the first time, they remark on the atmosphere of informality and friendliness. The staff is well trained, efficient, friendly, and cheerful. They are always helpful whenever help is needed. Great efforts are made to make special occasions special. Activities are good and well thought out. Careful attention is given to our dietary needs. There is a resident's meeting once a month when we receive any necessary information, and everyone is free to ask questions or make comments. There is a food meeting once a month when general idea or comments can be freely made. We have a very exceptional manager. Her door is always open and she is always ready to listen. She is concerned that the residence be as home like as possible. All this adds up to what is a very special residence.
