  My mum stayed for two weeks in January 2019 while the family was away on vacation. From the moment we contacted Chartwell staff, and through the interview process pushed my anxiety away. I was extremely nervous given my mother reluctance to go because of her early stage on Alzheimer's and not understanding why she had to leave her home. With the thoughtfulness and caring words, I was reassured by the staff, I had made the right choice for mum's stay. She ended up having a lovely stay, made some friends and we hope to keep her in touch with the residence for her next stay. Thank you to Kim, Nick and Teresa for your help, it was very appreciated.

  The staff and management team are friendly and caring. They do everything they can to make sure all of the residents are happy and enjoy their time at Christopher Terrace. It is really a lovely place!

  I recently had the opportunity to hear some stories about great service. A friend's mother recently stayed at Christopher Terrace while convalescing after a surgery. The experience was so great, she's telling everyone she can, and is making plans to move there when the time is right for her. The staff is great, and it really makes her retirement plans stress-free.
