Caring effective and highly trained professionals. I really appreciate the time they took to address my concerns and express a thorough understanding of the birth process as a natural body function. What i really appreciate is how they respected my wife's choices in birth plan and made her aware of her choices and things to be concerned about instead of keeping us in the dark and only giving us info on a "need to know basis". Scheduling can be difficult if you don't do it immediately and unfortunately this place is near unreachable by Burlington transit (not their fault that it takes 1 hour by Burlington Transit) that would take 5 minutes by car. Parking available. Special thanks to Emma and Sarah who showed they cared for us every step of the way.
I feel so lucky I found this team!!! I had Anne and Jenna. They were fabulous! Of 4 children I only had them for my last I wish so many times I'd found them sooner!!! My 4th birth was my best and I owe it to them!! Everytime someone asks me what Dr I used I refer them here!!!!! Oh plus another midwife I'd never met arrived to help with baby after birth and she was also amazing even though we'd just met I felt comfortable and safe in her hands!!
We can't say enough good things about Burlington and Area midwives. This was our first pregnancy and birth, so everything was so new. Having the expertise and support of Lucia and the other midwives made both pregnancy and birth very positive experiences.
My two births are and will continue to be the most amazing day of my life thanks to the gentle support of Sarah Cross and Lucia. Both Midwives are so extremely skilled and ensure that you are informed, but allow for decisions to be collaborative. Having had now both a hospital and home delivery, their professionalism and expertise in both scenarios was exceptional. Thank you for contributing so positively to my pregnancy and birth!
