  Great experience at Bonlook choosing and picking up glasses! I wish I could have this level of service and professionalism everywhere. Commendable service from the sales staff and particularly the optician. I am very myopic and it’s aleays hard to get glasses that fit me and to get ajustés properly. A special thanks to the optician for her patience in adressing all my needs with courtesy and a smile!
  
  This was my first purchase at Bonlook and will not be my last.

  My experience with BonLook in Mapleview mall was fantastic! The staff is so incredibly nice and helpful and the optician was also amazing. She was very thorough and ensured that my glasses were the perfect match for me. Thank you so much for my beautiful glasses!!

  I love that this company is Canadian and not tied to Luxottica, who owns over 80% of the eye glass market- and over charge. I went to three companies (all owned by Luxoticca) who wanted to charge me anywhere between $540 and $700 for a pair of glasses. BonLook cost me less than $400!
  I love that I received emails to track my order and it even arrived 8 days early!
  The optician was wonderful! Very helpful and reassuring, especially since I was ordering progressives for the first time.
