(August 2, 2020, 6:11 pm)We rented a paddle board for the week as my grandchildren were coming up for a visit and the experience was fabulous. Last year we rented a smaller one and our experience was great then as well. The staff are super helpful, tied everything on our vehicle, gave us helpful tips and the board was wonderful. My grandkids can hardly wait to come again and experience it all over again. Thanks everybody.

(August 5, 2019, 7:51 pm)Very friendly, helpful and nice but the store in Minden never has enough staff. Multiple times I've been in the store to purchase things and have been waiting for nearly 15 minutes at the cash. If you've got time to wait then this store is very great, but unfortunately service is very slow. The issue arises with the rentals being at the same till as a customer purchasing something and as a result many people with a few items end up waiting 15-20 minutes while others register for rentals. Again great store and amazing staff just the wait time is a bit inconvenient. Other than that though I highly recommend them!
