(July 8, 2021, 5:50 pm)Although the store is closed off for browsing due to Covid restrictions, a helpful and knowledgeable employee quickly brought me two different options for what I was looking for and one was exactly what I needed. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. So great to have a store like this serving Haliburton residents and visitors.

(November 20, 2020, 11:49 pm)Absolutely wonderful service. Recently experienced a 2-day hydro outage, and my power bank ran out of charge. And fallen trees were blocking my driveway. I called to ask if they had a large power bank - they did - then had to explain that I would try to get there as soon as we could clear the trees. I asked if they would take payment by phone, hold it for me, and maybe pretty-please start charging it for me. The gent explained that they don’t take phone payments (fair enough, that actually costs merchants money) but they would hold it and start charging it. (A neighbour with power was going to charge my other one when I could get out.) Three hours later I arrived at the store to find the power bank charging and waiting for me. They didn’t know me, or whether I would actually show up. Really appreciated that - thanks so much!
