He is professional, knowledgeable, personable, sincere, polite, a keen listener. He is a pleasure to work with and very responsive to phone calls and emails. His advice for us has spanned RRSPs, TFSA and RESP. His monthly ZOOM webinars offered to clients are a welcome means for clients to gain insight on a wide array of topics (wills, TFSA, RESP, teaching children about finance, retirement planning, etc.). I have playfully encouraged Chris that one of his roles is "to protect me from myself" and this sets the stage for us to have very open and respectful conversations about investment choices and strategies.
