(May 26, 2021, 4:26 pm)Absolutely one of the best companies I have dealt with. Was in a pinch, needed heat-line quickly. Brent walked me though what I needed and it was ready within a couple days. I picked it up Pam was very professional giving me a couple pointers to how to lay the line. Facility was clean and well maintained and to top it all off the product is fantastic and everything they supplied fit and went together great. Well Done.

(March 7, 2021, 4:49 am)We are so pleased with our Paladin heat cable from Heat-Line. The friendly and awesome team at Heat-Line custom cut the exact length of heat cable we needed, and built the perfect length of extended power cord so we wouldn't need an extension cord. After pushing the line through our drain, we have eliminated the ice dams that have caused overflow flooding and icing across our North-facing driveway after every snow. Now the pavement is dry and clear. We couldn't be happier!

That chat was well done, enough to get a quote which led to a sale. The paladin line shipped quickly and very well packaged. I can't comment on the use of the product as we are installing in a few days on the cabin sewer line. Every aspect from customer service to shipper top notch. Highly recommend this company!
