(January 20, 2019, 3:56 am)Love this arena. The walking/running track is great. Slightly cushioned so it is easier on the joints for running. Many different people use it. The snack bars has great homemade brownies (effectively nullifying the benefits of the running/walking track). They also have a good breakfast special and poutine. One of the best arena snack bars I have been to. The local junior C team is good for a night out. Public skating is free. Good dressing rooms and a nice parent viewing area with tables and chairs for when your child is on the ice.

(August 26, 2018, 11:09 pm)A great location for a sporting event. Nice new facility with great amenities and plenty of parking. Very much enjoyed the new location for the tour of the grand cycling weekend. Everything was in one location much preferred to have lunch here. Always so tired after the ride and was great to stay here for lunch afterwards. See you next year!
