My Matrix broke down on hwy 6 & Book Rd on my way to Calendonia. There was road construction, traffic down to one lane. long waits, etc. Three fellows in a work truck stopped, pulled over, gave me a boost and lead me to a garage in Calendonia. Those guys were my heroes that day as I am a disabled senior and breaking down is not something I wanted to deal with. Then, the fellow at Econo-Tech Auto told me he was too busy to take care of my car as he had a line up of cars needing to be fixed. Guess the look on my face registered pure panic....he checked my car, it was the battery like the guys that gave me a boost said. The battery was completely dead, just driving off the alternator he told me. The new battery was installed, I made it home to Burlington. I've personally been using their services for the last 11 years. My family has been using them for even longer. They are the absolute best, in quality, personality, and service. Many females often feel cautious around mechanic shops, but here, you never have to worry. If you have questions, they'll answer them, and they will never make you feel foolish with the query or the response (so for the ladies out there, they're super female friendly). Whenever I come out of their shop, my car always feels happier, and who doesn't love a happy vehicle?
