Ontario Yard Drainage

An excellent experience. We required proper drainage from the side of our house to ensure the downspout and sump pump drained water that gathered against the foundation. Called Melissa (on recommendation from my brother-in-law) and Shawn came out to survey the job.
We received a good quote and Shawn and Brandon came today and completed the work. Shawn was able to salvage a part of our system and on the spot, he adjusted the invoice for a substantial saving to us. He explained the procedure clearly, answered our question with a smile and we felt he was totally honest, telling us to call him if any issue should arise. I will certainly recommend this company if any of my friends require a similar service. A+

They were very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure I understood what they were doing and why. They were extremely polite and professional and did an excellent job at ensuring they took care to not cause damage to my property with any of their machinery and left my yard in such a way you could barely tell they were there. We used Ontario Yard and Drainage for our property in Brantford that was flooding anytime it rained. We had a two other contractors come to our property to give us a quote but we really didn't feel comfortable with what they were telling us, something didn't feel right. We asked Shawn from Ontario Yard and Drainage to come give us a quote and he answered all our questions, took the time to explain everything to us. When doing the project Shawn kept us up to date as to when they would start, what they were doing everyday and then a walk through at the end of the project. Shawn came to assess our new property for drainage issues. They had an existing catch basin using a perforated tube to remove water from the back to the front. After a record breaking rainfall in the fall and an additional record breaking snow fall in the winter our backyard was exceptionally damp in the beginning of the spring. He came and did a thorough assessment. Assured us that the existing solution was adequate and there was not need for additional work. He also came on a holiday. If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and honest contractor Shawn is your man.
