Laura and Dan are kind, generous, hilarious, and amazing photographers. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, having fun, and that you'll come out of your experience with beautiful pictures. We couldn't be happier with their quality of work, and they great people to have at your wedding. When my parents were nervous and unfamiliar with being in front of a camera, they made them laugh and genuinely smile. Many thanks Laura and Dan.

I loved Laura and Dan's photography style when I discovered their website and explored their photography collections. We met with Laura 2 years before our wedding, and she was just so kind and wonderful to work with. She did our engagement photo shoot which was included with our wedding package and the pictures turned out beautifully. Our wedding was at the end of June 2019, Laura was so organized- the photography was a breeze and all the people we wanted photos with we got. No lie- Laura kept our day on track, as we didn't have a day of coordinator. It wouldn't have gone as smoothly as it did without Laura and Dan. Laura even saved the day with her emergency sewing kit when the bustle on my dress broke (before we even got into the limo on the way to the ceremony!!!!). Flashes of Inspiration- their beautiful work speaks for itself- and my husband and I could not recommend a more beautiful team to be part of your very special day.

Taking a romantic photos can be really uncomfortable but Laura made me feel comfortable within five minutes of starting the photo session. That meant a lot to me because it made our photos come out so beautifully. Laura is much more than a brilliant photographer. Every once in awhile you come across individuals who are in precisely the right line of work. This is exactly Laura and Dan. They are the perfect balance of fun and enjoyment with professionalism.

From the moment that we met with Laura we felt at ease and relaxed; like an old friend. At our engagement shoot with Laura she made us feel calm and relaxed with little to no effort while capturing candid images of beauty, humor and emotion. Laura and Dan provided us with some guidance and direction in our poses but they managed to find a way to break down any discomfort we may have had and make us feel at ease without us even realizing.

Prior to the wedding and throughout the day, Laura and Dan were flexible, professional and personalized our wedding experience. Laura and Dan have a beautiful and natural style of taking photos that captured the raw emotions and intimate moments of our day. Looking back at our photos made it feel like we were reliving our wedding day, but this time we got to see what everyone experienced. Laura and Dan are highly organized, patient and have a phenomenal eye for photography.

What we truly loved about Flashes of Inspiration is that Laura and Dan are legitimately excited to celebrate your day with you. They want to be there with you; not just as your photographers but as your friends. This is something that really reflects in their work. These two are exceptionally talented and we really cannot recommend them enough to anyone in search of a photographer.

Laura did the photos for my brothers’ wedding. She did a wonderful job. Their pictures are great. We were able to get some great family photos. She was always willing to get whatever shot we were trying to capture (and hers turned out so much better than the phone pics we would have had otherwise). She also surprised us by capturing some great moments on film. Highly recommend.
