Went to see houses in the area. Area was quite and exterior of the buildings were good. I felt it's far away from the city. Check the proximity of schools and commute distance to work before choosing this place.

Our experience with Empire Avalon sales has been nothing but exceptional thanks to Raj! From the first meeting he has been extremely helpful with our house journey. Huge shout out to our sales agent Raj. He has been nothing but helpful through this entire process. He‘s been there when we had questions or concerns and always gotten back to us in a timely manner. The Decor centre personnel were great and very helpful with picking all of our colours and selections.
