My dog was terrified the first time I brought her for grooming and the wonderful ladies at Uptown Dog were so patient and thoughtful. Rather than push her through and scare her, they took their time and had her back for several shorter visits to keep her comfortable. I would recommend this groomer to everyone and look forward to returning in the future.
I took my cairn terrier to Uptown Dog for grooming. She was feeling a bit shy at first but the ladies there really made her feel comfortable. They care about dogs and it showed in how they welcomed us. They were knowledgeable her breed and the type of care her double coat needed, especially with winter approaching.The results were terrific - she looked and smelled great after the grooming and came out looking happy about her experience. Of course she chased some geese into a pond less than an hour after I took her home and got all wet and dirty but what can you do - a terrier’s gonna terrier. I highly recommend Uptown Dog for grooming - great results and a caring, professional team who really make your dog happy and comfortable.
She groomed my Newfoundland Beau and he looked great.
