(July 4, 2019, 5:56 pm)Lodge was lovely and proximity to village is great. Everything was fairly clean and everything we needed was inside. However the front desk neither told us we needed parking passes or provided them to us. Eager to check in and get started on our girls weekend we failed to read the lengthy fine print to say we were signing that we did receive the parking passes. We received $50 parking tickets to all 4 cars parked there, adding a rather expensive end to the weekend. When we told the front desk they simply said we should have received them and there was nothing they could do about it. After calling the manager and being hung up on twice after 2, 10+ minute hold times, they finally answered and although apologetic still couldn't do anything about the tickets. Anyways - great place but ENSURE YOU HAVE YOUR PARKING PASS.

The accommodation was clean and very well situated, which was perfect for us with having younger children and only being a short walk from all the restaurants, activities and ski slopes! We also feel that the condo was very reasonably priced and we look forward to staying here again."

(April 15, 2019, 11:37 am)Great experience! Myself and some colleagues recently stayed in Blue Mountains and we had a great time. The booking and check-in process was quick and easy, the condo was fully equipped with everything you need and also conveniently located on the shuttle route to the village. We also enjoyed the community hot tub in this cold snowy weather. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

My boyfriend and I were trying to find a place for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 2 years and the receptionist was able to help us found a lovely 1 bedroom condo that was only steps away from all the restaurants and activities. The condo itself was clean, well decorated and just what we were looking for. We were also able to get 10% off our booking for making the reservation directly over the phone! Overall, we had a lovely stay and will definitely be coming back.

(March 26, 2019, 3:43 am)I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Blue Mountain. Sheldon was absolutely amazing to deal with. I needed a spacious, nice property close to the ski hills last minute and Sheldon made sure I was able to find exactly what I dreamed of.... and at an extremely reasonable price!!! Check in was smooth and the property had everything we could have possibly needed. Instructions made the process flawless and stress free. Sheldon was available to be contacted whenever needed. He also helped to make the experience extremely personal and special for us! I will definitely be going back and referring to everyone I know! Thank you so much Sheldon!!!
