I ordered an Elephant for my niece for her 30th birthday and Tanya was so helpful getting the product to her during these interesting and complicated times that she made her’s and my day. I was hoping to have a few patches of white in it. I emailed Tanya and received a response right away, not to mention it only took two business days to receive my order. So fast! Tanya has been sending me photos of other options all day long. Her patience and friendliness with me throughout all of this has restored my faith in customer service.
I do love the product and will be recommending it to everyone I know. The experience as a whole in making sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase has been nothing short of incredible. I’m telling everyone I know (and those I don’t know) to purchase an ottoman from Reiner’s. The beauty and attention to detail is very noticeable and will make a stunning addition to anyones home that will get all of your visitors talking. If you’re thinking about purchasing a piece, you will not be disappointed whatsoever from the quality of the product to the quality of customer care.
