So far I've found that the REM sleep has really helped me relax in the evening when I want to wind down. It has sweet apple and mellow chamomile which I loved! The sangria was fun because I was able to use it hot and also cold as a Mocktail, you could really taste the berries in it. I'm really looking forward to trying out the PMS support tea as a lot of women find certain times to be challenging on our bodies and this seems to be a perfect match for that! Thanks again and I can't wait to see what else you have to offer!

The packaging is stunning and I'm blown away at the quality of this tea. I went to the sipsipeh.ca website and there are so many incredible flavours to choose from. I highly recommend this brand.
