(June 11, 2021, 3:41 am)I happened to stumble across this business online looking for a specific lip balm!(The croc bloc lip balm is the best brand I've ever purchased, and this company is the cheapest I've found)
I've attempted to reach out to other companies with no reply.
I purchased reusable facemasks and lip balm.
Nicole Whiteman was the young lady who I had the pleasure to deal with.
She was able to get me amazing deals, went well above and beyond her job to make sure I had the right masks for the job I was looking to do, and everything was ordered and sent out to me within a day.
She also offered me free product that was just recently outdated because she knew how much I enjoyed the lip balm and refunded me for those 10.(I did order over a case of it)
She didn't have to do that. I thought that was the greatest thing ever.
Can't say enough good things about my interactions. I emailed back and forth all day with questions and she was amazing to deal with. Very informative and prompt in her responses and she helped me figure out the best deals/masks to buy.
I love to shop. I'm sure I will be back! -
