(August 21, 2021, 6:42 pm)The team of Ryan, Jordan, and Ian are the best! Ryan helped us choose a new liner and measured our pool exactly. The new liner fits perfectly, and with all the updates to the fittings, our 30 year old pool looks brand new and classy. The guys worked together amazingly well and quickly, and were a pleasure to have here over the two days. Pleasant and professional craftsmen - we'd have them back anytime. (June 28, 2021, 11:43 pm)I have been going to Rintoul's for about 3 years now. I had never had a pool before, so knew there was going to be a huge learning curve... boy was I right! Over the last 3 years, I have had many, many interactions with pretty much everyone at Rintoul's, and I have always felt comfortable coming to them all with my plethora of questions, and my very regular water samples. Every single member of their staff has always treated my sister and I with the utmost respect, and they feel like family... I especially feel appreciated and that they really care when I am asked how our cats are doing! They like to sit at the glass door and watch when the pool is opened and closed, and are always a topic of conversation! Recently, I have been having trouble getting my chemical balances under control, so have been visiting them twice weekly. With their help, a LOT of their help, I have finally been able to get my pool cleared! Thank you all so, so much!! I would highly recommend Rintoul's to anyone!
