(September 2, 2023, 1:47 pm)Vietnamese cuisine isn't one that I've had much of, so I can't speak to the authenticity. But I can definitely say that everything I put in my mouth was fresh and delicious. We sampled a few dishes: spring rolls, various dumplings, Bahn mi, and a vermicelli dish. I'd love to go back to try their Pho and Pad Thai. Service was very friendly and attentive.

(August 4, 2023, 4:55 pm)Our first time visiting. We came for lunch mid week. The food was terrific....very fresh and delicious. Our order came quickly and the server was pleasant. We enjoyed the bayside view and the decor too. We definitely will return.

(July 9, 2023, 12:05 am)Had our first dining experience at Minh's this evening. The pork and shrimp spring rolls were amazing, as was my beef pad thai- brought the leftovers home. But my son said his bbq pork with shrimp ball, fried egg and rice was just "meh"- bland and tasteless. A fried tofo thing on the plate was good though, but not worth the price. But we will be back- saw lots of bowls of pho being served, which looked amazing, and will be our next adventure.

(June 30, 2023, 1:57 pm)Try on a smoky day due to wild fire in northern Ontario so couldn’t see well outside the window or it’ it’d be very nice lake view. The beef pho was exceptionally very good, soup had expected Vietnamese beef soup flavour. The pho noodle was just right. I really liked the beef noodle. The rice paper shrimp rolls were very fresh and yummy, plus the flavourful dip sauce, it really made our day! The chicken fried rice was just regular, no big deal. Wish there’s more flavour or kick. A similar restaurant downtown offers much better fried rice and fried noodle dishes in my opinion.
Overall Minh’s Owen Sound offers very scenic lake view while dining, servers are very polite and friendly and the premise itself is for sure a comfortable place to dine in. -

(June 25, 2023, 1:45 pm)I highly recommend Minh's in Owen Sound! They've got the best view of Georgian Bay from the dining area. I loved the beef Pho and appetizers I had. I can't wait to try everything on their menu 🙂
