Great place to do business with. Staff was helpful and straight forward. Pricing was bang on as well. Quality products, helpful staff. We needed a new well pump right away and plumbers were unavailable in the timeline that we needed. We had to do this ourselves. We were concerned that pricing and availability might be an issue with a small downtown shop and thought that we may have to go to "giant hardware depot" to buy one of their products. Since we had to do this ourselves, we felt that even if the pricing was a bit higher it was well worth it for advice from someone who knows what they are doing. The product we needed was in stock, top quality (franklin) and for the price difference over the cheaper brand worth every penny as it will probably last twice as long. Since our previous franklin pump had been installed 27 years ago, there were some wiring complications we had to deal with. The troubleshooting part was up to us, however staff was very accommodating in getting us reference information so we could move forward confidently in our repairs. We now have water, a great quality pump and have learned about a great business in Owen Sound that we were previously unaware of. Highly recommended.
