Dr.Gomez and the technician that was on call last night literally saved my dog from possible death or from getting extremely sick after eating a chocolate Easter bunny. The whole process from calling after hours to meeting at the clinic at midnight was seamless. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome, they went straight to work getting the chocolate out and after being monitored overnight I was able to pick up my dog first thing this morning. So grateful that this emergency service is available and with such caring and amazingly talented professionals. Thank you!!!!!

Tough on staff as they try to cope with meeting clients outside, not a very good experience for the customer either.
Need a better communication strategy in order to pick up meds, food, etc. The "text in" is not working, should not have to wait 20 minutes and then find out that the system is down.
Hopefully it gets better soon.
