(April 15, 2021, 4:28 pm)Dr. Roux always answers any questions I have, and always gives me the help I need to the best of his ability. He knows exactly what he is talking about. Dr. Roux also makes short talk with my family and truly demonstrates a genuine care for our lives and well-being. He is great with short notice appointments too, and their office is always, always on time!

(January 28, 2020, 6:53 pm)I saw doctor Roux for allergy test and skin patch test and although I had written a not so good review below about my experience getting appointments booked, the experience I then had was great. Both Dr Emile Roux and Gisela Roux was great. The test were well conducted and and I received great explanation and support. I definitely recommend them. xxxxxxxxThis was my previous review: I had the exact same experience as Doreen about a receptionist who seemed like she just couldn't care less about the real struggle I was going through and made me wait for a month and half before finally giving me an appointment (my family doctor called to speed the process since my calls where just doing nothing). I recognised the tone and style of that person at the front desk when I went there, she was again definitely reluctant to book me as fast a possible for my second appointment but luckily Dr Roux walked by and helped to get me in sooner. Doctor Roux himself seemed knowledgeable, is really welcoming and definitely cared. My second appointment is in two weeks, I will happily take down this review if I don't get the same vibes from that staff (she froze me!) especially because two weeks ago I had a call from another staff who was kind and professional. Let's see!
