Paul and his team are very thorough and explained things well. The report was produced quickly and was provided electronically with photos.
He was also very accommodating with his schedule considering the short time frame we had with the closing schedule.

He conducted a very thorough review of the property and provided us with an extremely detailed & professional inspection report highlighting problem areas that required remedy. Paul also went through the the property after the repairs to re inspect to insure all was properly fixed. A very professional job and definitely recommend his services for anyone looking to have a house purchase pre inspection. Very comforting going into a purchase knowing that Paul went through the house identifying the good, bad and deficient requiring a fix. Thank you sir.
