Fair disclosure, I work for Third Line Homes & I couldn't be more proud of not only our team but the energy and care we put into the houses we work on. Balancing the needs of homeowners with the importance of conserving our natural landscape and building healthy, modern homes that stand out is not an easy task, but I'm overtly proud of what we are doing, as well as the amazing clients that we have thus far. My partner and I recently visited this new development in Meaford. Upon our visit we had the pleasure of meeting some of the current residents who were kind enough to show us around their home. We were taken aback by the quality quality and craftsmanship of the homes. The owners were very informative and extremely pleased about the efficiency of their new homes.

Third Line constructs beautiful, uniquely designed, incredibly well built, healthy homes in their Terracewood development in Meaford, Ontario. The owners and staff are caring, highly knowledgeable and go above and beyond to please their clients. Attention to detail during these builds is a major factor as to why everyone who lives in a Third Line home is ecstatically happy. I`ve heard it said that folks feel they will live longer because of their choice to live in a healthy Third Line home of Durisol construction. Durisol blocks are mold proof and fire proof, the walls actually breathe, quite amazing!
