Lavender House has creative and caring hosts who have prepared an unusually spacious B&B room; it’s features include furnishings of luxurious taste , a convenient mini fridge and a very comfortable large bed. The food is so very appealing in presentation , and every part delicious! The room’s hillside view gives a huge perspective of the sunrise colours- - an inspiring start to the day.
This is a worthwhile destination in itself, for the relaxation and peacefulness that a visitor can enjoy while being within sight of the working farm’s beautiful herd. Travellers to this area will find much of the surrounding countryside memorably beautiful as well.

We had an incredible stay, despite the cool, drizzly weather! Lorraine and Andy are wonderful hosts, breakfast was superb, and Buckwheat the donkey is the sweetest little guy! I can't recommend this place enough!
