Some contracting work she included as value-added offerings with her service, which saved us considerably on our investment costs.
We appreciated her willingness to always led a helping hand to see everything through to the end.
The housing market was very challenging at the time that we sold in 2022. We needed Susan’s resolve to stand-by us in an active way to support the longer sale’s process.
The timing of the sale allowed us to purchase our next home shortly after at an excellent price for the community that we are now in. This would not have been possible without Susan’s support.
