No problem for Shauna. She was so accommodating, arranging tours via Facetime to help us determine if we wanted to make the trip to see the properties in person. Shauna is communicative, reliable, realistic and an excellent negotiator. I was ready to walk away from our deal but took Shauna's advice and we are now relocating to a property we only could have imagined a year ago.

It wasn’t an easy decision to make during our current pandemic, but Shauna was so respectful and caring in guiding us on how to make the decision to sell and beginning our journey. After weighing the pros and cons, we decided to ask Shauna to help us and her professional care with our family and home began!
Throughout the process we always felt that Shauna had our best interests at heart. She took all precautions since we were selling during the pandemic. Shauna made every step seamless and stress free for our family. From being available to answer questions at any moment, setting up staging, to making the advertising video, and organizing viewings, Shauna did it all with her full attention and care to detail. We even have the cutest video from the advertising of our home, with our boys included in it to remember this time in our lives.
The sale of our home went smoothly and took place so fast. Thank you so much Shauna! -
