(October 15, 2018, 3:44 pm)As I was skimming the internet, looking for a place to thank Servicemaster Restore Grey-Bruce on the excellent work and service I received awhile ago, I came across this review site and thought I would share my story with everyone. A few months ago, my bathroom flooded and the water seeped into our living room destroying it completely. The ceiling, walls and carpets were completely destroyed. Within 2 hours Service master arrived. The problem was assessed and work was underway. We were greeted the next morning by their foreman Bob and his staff, and right away the ceiling and the walls were being repaired, and were soon being mudded! All damaged debris was removed and replaced and once the sanding was done and cleaned up, our whole downstairs were being primed and painted. Bob and his staff had the primer on, the paint rolling, and the lights replaced. They even painted our hallway, which we never expected. Within that week, with Bob working well past business hours a couple of days, and we had a newly renovated home. Our house was complete in less than a working week! Bob even replaced a closet sliding door just so the whole project looked perfect, which was above and beyond the job we expected and replaced some lighting as well. This "going above and beyond" is something you do not see in this day and age, and is why I was compelled to add my review to this site! We cannot thank Mike, Bob, and the Service Master staff for the fast and efficient work! Our life is back to normal now and we love our new look! Thank You Service Master!
