(August 6, 2021, 1:42 pm)I was introduced to a very large adult black bear at 23:00, just South of Tobermory on Hwy 6. He or she had run out in front of my car, impacting the front driver’s corner. The bear continued on, however, that was it for my car.
The car was then flat-bedded too RV Collision in Owen Sound. When my car arrived it was a mess. The front of my car looked like it had a bad hair day. When I picked it up, looked brand new - spotless inside and out. Just like the RV office area and the huge shop area - spotless! But wait, there’s more! It gets better. The whole team there are real people who display respect and care for not just the customers but also for our vehicles. Little things like listening to my concerns and eye contact without sunglasses on. Small maybe but huge in good communication skills. This is so refreshing to experience.
I’d never consider any other shop to go too now. -

(July 13, 2021, 12:45 pm)Top notch work and the overall experience was easy and smooth. Bing was easy to talk to and straight talk was appreciated. Parts from supplier was a bit delayed so the completion of work was later than expected; however they kept us informed. Good to know there are still quality shops and excellent customer service nowadays.
